Emma-Kate Matthews is an architect, composer, musician, and digital artist whose work explores creative intersections in sonic spatial practices. She specializes in producing site-specific, spatialized audio-visual projects that investigate the creative reciprocities of these practices. Her compositions have been performed at internationally renowned venues such as the Sagrada Familia, Southbank Centre, Barbican, and Brighton Festival. Notably, she composed for the London Symphony Orchestra’s prestigious Panufnik residency. As a solo artist, Emma-Kate has released a series of electronic-classical works on acclaimed labels, including Algebra, NMC, and Musicity Global, with her music being broadcast internationally on prominent platforms such as BBC Radio 3 and Resonance FM.
