Biography

Emma Menzies-Gow is the Associate Dean for Postgraduate Taught Studies and a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at King's College London. Graduating from King's College London in 1997, she specialized in coronary care and cardiac nursing. Emma has led a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate modules and courses at Kingston University, St George's University of London, and the University of Brighton. As an Associate Subject Lead for Acute Care, she is responsible for coordinating the delivery of portfolios and freestanding modules aimed at post-qualifying nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Emma is an active member of professional organizations including the British Association of Nursing in Cardiovascular Care and the European Society of Cardiology's Association for Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions (ACNAP). In her role, she plays a strategic part in developing and delivering postgraduate programmes within the Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery, and Palliative Care.
