Biography

Emma joined the Department of Statistical Science at University College London as a Lecturer in April 2021 and was promoted to Associate Professor in October 2025. Before joining UCL, she completed her PhD entitled 'Classifying Exploiting Structure Multivariate Extremes' at Lancaster University, where she also undertook a postdoctoral research focused on spatio-temporal extremes.
