Emmanuelle Botte is a marine microbial ecologist specializing in the characterization of microbiomes in marine invertebrates within ecological contexts. In 2021, she resigned from AIMS to take a position as a Research Officer at the Centre for Marine Science Innovation at UNSW, working on a project funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
