Biography

Ahmet Emre Karataş is an Associate Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University. He is also an Affiliate Scientist at the Institute Biomedical Engineering, St. Michael's Hospital. Patterson Award for his PhD Dissertation in 2014. Karataş is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of engineers through his teaching and supervision, hoping to instill in them the importance of energy solutions to ensure a sustainable future.
