Biography

Eric Champagne is a Full Professor at the University of Ottawa, where he directs the Centre on Governance and teaches courses related to public management, governance, public policy development, and program evaluation. His current research focuses on infrastructure financing and asset management within the context of multilevel governance, particularly in Canada and developing countries. He has extensive experience as a public sector reform specialist and strategic advisor, having worked with the World Bank for ten years.
