Biography

Dr. Eric J. Richardson is an Assistant Professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in the Department of General Internal Medicine. His work has been supported by the VA Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI) grants, where he has served as a Co-Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator. As a dedicated educator, Dr. Richardson has taught courses on counseling and substance abuse at the University of Florida and actively mentors students through programs like the Boston University Evans Student Scholar program. He is an active member of the Society of Behavioral Medicine and the Society Implementation Research Consortium, and he serves as a reviewer for journals such as Pediatrics and Frontiers in Public Health.
