Biography

Erica Eng Sze Li is a Lecturer at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. With extensive experience as a nurse, Erica has worked both locally and overseas. After returning to Australia, she joined a hospital as a Clinical Instructor, where she had the opportunity to mentor students in a clinical setting. Erica has also contributed to curriculum development, notably for the 'Practical Approach to Wound Management' program initiated at her hospital. Additionally, she participated as a co-investigator in a year-long research project focused on medication administration errors within an electronic closed-loop system; the findings were presented at a symposium organized by her hospital in 2016.
