Biography

Erin Kasimow is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California School of Architecture. She focuses on designing comfortable and engaging spaces that explore the aesthetics and styles of Los Angeles' diverse and vibrant personality. In 2014, she founded EEK STUDIO, a multi-disciplinary creative studio that explores various types of architectural projects across a myriad of scales. Prior to establishing her own practice, Erin gained experience working at notable design offices including Michael Maltzan Architecture, Bestor Architecture, AECOM, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Her design work and photography have been published in various reputable outlets, including Paper, Metropolis Magazine, and N+1. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Wesleyan University, where she studied photography, graphic design, and architecture, and she obtained her Master of Architecture from Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
