Biography

Dr. Erin Halstad McGuire has been teaching at the University of Victoria since 2010, focusing on undergraduate education in anthropology and archaeology. With a PhD from Glasgow, her areas of expertise include archaeology, material culture, funerary rituals, and cemetery archaeology, particularly in the Medieval North Atlantic.
