Biography

Ernest Kwan is an Associate Professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, specializing in Supply Chain Management. He earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a PhD in Psychology from York University. His research interests include the development of statistical graphics and variable importance as well as the application of quantitative methods in business research.
