Biography

Ernst Lengyel is a trained scientist and physician whose career is focused on the biology of ovarian cancer (OvCa) treatment. He received his M.D. from the University of Munich in June 1992. His Ph.D. thesis involved the role of proteases in ovarian cancer. As a surgeon and clinician, he is familiar with the presentation of ovarian cancer in patients and has experienced the significant obstacles they face in treatment.
