Biography

Erza Aminanto received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia, in 2013 and 2014, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. in the School of Computing at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, in 2018. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Monash University Indonesia in the Cyber Security program. Additionally, he is a researcher at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Tokyo, Japan. His teaching interests include Cryptography, Information Security, Digital Forensics, Information Security Risk Management, Business Continuity Plan, and Disaster Recovery Plan. Erza's research focuses on several key areas including information security, artificial intelligence, anomaly detection, intrusion detection, cybersecurity, and digital transformation within smart cities. He is also involved in developing projects related to AI and cybersecurity for public and private sector collaborations. Erza has coordinated various academic programs at Monash University and mentored students in their research endeavors. His contributions extend to creating awareness about cybersecurity threats and effective strategies for resilience in digital environments.
