Professor Dr. Estelle Naumburg

Biography

Estelle Naumburg is an Associate Professor and senior consultant at Umeå University, involved in the Pediatrics Section. She is recognized for her contributions to clinical sciences and educational qualifications, being a recognized university teacher. Naumburg's research focuses on the effects of psychiatric drugs on young people, particularly regarding adverse cardiac events and the testing of ADHD drugs in combinations for children with various conditions. She leads major research initiatives, including the P-TACO Study, and has been awarded ALF funding for medical research in the northern regions. Naumburg is committed to advancing knowledge in her field through rigorous research and teaching, contributing to the academic community and enhancing medical practices in pediatrics.
