Biography

Esther Liu is a senior researcher at Gartner, where she leads survey design and quantitative data analyses. Previously, she served as a researcher at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now Shirley Ryan AbilityLab) and was a faculty member in the Department of Communication at Wheaton College, where she taught courses in negotiation, intercultural communication, conflict management, and research methods.
