Professor Eun-Jung Holden has a leading expertise in data science and applied geoscience. Her research focuses on developing advanced machine learning and image analysis methods to automate and semi-automate the interpretation of geoscientific data. Professor Holden has received several awards for her contributions to artificial intelligence and technology in the geosciences, including the Women in AI Awards and the UWA Vice Chancellor’s Award for Impact Innovation.
