Dr. Eunbi Song

Biography

Eunbi Song is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University, Malaysia Campus, and a Research Associate at the Centre for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis (CAMA) at the Australian National University. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Korea University, where she also obtained her M.A. and bachelor's degrees in Economics, as well as a B.A. in English Language and Literature. Her research focuses on Economic Growth and Development, Productivity, Macroeconomics, and Labor Economics. Eunbi has published several papers in international academic journals, including Economic Modelling and the Journal of Japanese International Economies. She is currently studying the interaction of technology and skills with the consequences of productivity and income distribution, particularly in Asia. Throughout her career, she has worked with various research institutes in Korea and abroad, including the Asiatic Research Institute at Korea University, the Asian Development Bank, and the Global Green Growth Institute. Her expertise aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, aiming to end poverty and promote prosperity thoroughly. Eunbi is accepting PhD students and has been involved in numerous research projects and conferences in her field.
