Biography

Dr. Cheung joined Columbia University faculty as an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics in 2014 after completing her pediatric residency training at Columbia University Medical Center. She continued her training with fellowships in pediatric cardiology and pediatric critical care also at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Cheung is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and pediatric critical care. Her research interests focus on extracorporeal life support for pediatric patients, additionally working on quality improvement initiatives in pediatric cardiac critical care units.
