Biography

Éva Foldes graduated in medicine and obtained a specialist certificate in internal medicine and clinical pharmacology in Budapest, Hungary. She has several years of experience in fundamental research in pharmacology in Germany and Quebec, Canada. Since 1993, she has been established at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital in geriatrics and has been focused on internal medicine since 2008. In 1994, she recertified in internal medicine in Quebec. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has been a consultant at the Montreal Heart Institute since 2008. Her research interests include general internal medicine, perioperative care, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, geriatrics, and clinical pharmacology.
