Ewan Kerr is a Research Associate at the School of Social & Political Sciences, University of Glasgow, currently working on a Leverhulme-funded project titled 'Democratic Localism and Global Policy Mobility'. He served as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Environmental Politics at the University of Edinburgh and was a Lecturer in Politics at Glasgow Caledonian University from 2017 to 2021. Ewan earned his PhD in March 2021 and also holds an MSc in Political Research from the University of Strathclyde and a BA (Hons) in Politics and Sociology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
