Faiza Abbas joined the School of Business Administration in Spring 2017. She earned a postgraduate degree in Labor Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Before joining Penn State Harrisburg, she taught at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations for several years and worked with the Eagleton Institute of Politics in their Program on Immigration and Democracy, conducting research on the impact of immigrant-led business organizations on society.
