Biography

Fangce Guo is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Imperial College London. His pedagogical research focuses on the effect of peer learning on students' self-efficacy development through interdisciplinary studies. His current academic research interests include short-term traffic forecasting, sensor data analysis, traffic state estimation, traffic data fusion, car park management, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Fangce holds a PhD in Intelligent Transport Systems, an MSc in Communications Signal Processing, a Master's in Education from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Information Engineering from Dalian University of Technology. He has completed work on an urban health project aimed at reducing health inequalities in cities worldwide, funded by the Wellcome Trust, and worked on the oneTRANSPORT project, which developed an IoT platform for predictive analytics in the transport field, funded by Innovate UK.
