Biography

Farah Succaria is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree at the American University of Beirut and completed her dermatology residency at the same institution. After her residency, she pursued a fellowship in Dermatopathology at Boston University. Following the completion of her fellowship, Dr. Succaria returned to Lebanon where she founded a mobile dermatology clinic as part of a non-governmental organization aimed at empowering women and supporting refugees and displaced children. She later returned to Johns Hopkins, where she completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in dermatology. Dr. Succaria is an active member of the Taube lab team, focusing her research on immune checkpoint inhibitors and the role of the tumor microenvironment in melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
