Dr. Farnoush Moen

Biography

Farnoush Moen is an Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Health. He is a fellowship-trained, board-certified pathologist specializing in hematopathology. His clinical interests include providing diagnostic care for hematologic malignancies and disorders, focusing on the expertise necessary for diagnosing initial treatment response in patients with lymphoma and leukemia. Dr. Moen is dedicated to integrating clinical, pathologic, immunophenotypic, and molecular findings to communicate timely and accurate diagnoses to clinicians, guiding the appropriate treatment management for patients. His research interests encompass the application of novel markers and biologic findings in relation to lymphoma and histiocytic disorders. Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of clinical outcome-focused research, particularly concerning the heterogeneous pathologic and biologic behavior of lymphoma.
