Dr. Federico Discepola

Biography

Federico Discepola is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University. He specializes in Breast Imaging and Interventional Radiology, with additional expertise in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Discepola completed his medical education at McGill University from 1999 to 2004, followed by residency training at McGill University from 2004 to 2009. He further advanced his training with a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University of California, San Diego, in 2010, and then continued his fellowship at McGill University until 2011. He plays a crucial role in training residents in the field and is actively involved in clinical practice at the Jewish General Hospital. In addition to his teaching and clinical responsibilities, Discepola contributes to ongoing research in his areas of specialization, focusing on enhancing imaging techniques and patient outcomes.
