Dr. Fei Liu earned a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the West China School of Stomatology at Sichuan University. Additionally, Dr. Liu is a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research. He holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and the American Association of Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research. Dr. Liu has served as Chair of the Tylman Research Committee and is currently Chair of the Credentials Committee. He teaches dental students and Prosthodontic residents while providing care for Prosthodontic patients. His research program investigates the cell and molecular biology of mineralized tissues, with a particular focus on skeletal craniofacial bone development, metabolism, and diseases. Dr. Liu has contributed to the scientific community as a NIH grant reviewer and has reviewed for 20 journals, including the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research and the Journal of Prosthodontics.
