Dr. Felice Su

Biography

Felice Su is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics with a focus on Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and has held significant roles including Program Director for the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and Research Director for the Revive Initiative Resuscitation Excellence. Dr. Su completed her fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Children's Hospital Philadelphia after receiving her medical education from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Her clinical interests revolve around optimizing medication administration for critically ill children, with an emphasis on clinical pharmacology and the impacts of dynamic organ function on drug disposition. Dr. Su's research through the REVIVE Initiative investigates quality outcomes in resuscitation practices surrounding cardiopulmonary arrest, particularly focusing on the early identification of no-flow states prior to the initiation of CPR and the quality of CPR training through simulation education.
