Biography

Felix Larsson is a Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Gothenburg, specializing in Logic. He received his Ph.D. in Theoretical Philosophy in 2003 with a focus on 'Intentional Objects', contributing significantly to the understanding of intentionality and mental verbal reference. His work examines the relationships between thought, language, and both real and fictional objects, providing insights necessary for satisfactory analysis of how we think and talk about these entities. Larsson has taught various philosophy courses, emphasizing critical thinking, ethics, and the interplay between philosophy and science, particularly in Teacher Training programmes. He has also been involved in translating significant philosophical literature, including works by C. S. Lewis, and is currently working on a textbook covering Indian philosophy, with plans to expand into Chinese philosophy. Larsson's recent research includes exploring the cardinal error of utilitarianism, among other themes.
