Biography

Felix Shen received a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China in 2003, followed by a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, UK in 2006. He worked as a telecommunication engineer and senior engineer at China Unicom for eight years.
