Femke Bekius is an Assistant Professor in the Research Intervention Methodology group at Radboud University. She completed her MSc in Logic & Mathematics in 2013 and received her PhD in 2019 from Delft University of Technology with a dissertation focused on understanding and supporting complex decision-making utilizing game concepts within the Dutch railway sector. Femke is also an expert in participatory methods, including serious gaming and problem-structuring techniques for engaging professionals and citizens. Since 2025, she has served as co-chair of the Radboud Young Academy, advocating for themes such as Recognition & Rewards and fostering cross-faculty interdisciplinary collaboration.
