Biography

Fengnian Xia is a Professor at Yale University, holding the Tso-Ping Ma Chair in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering with additional appointments in Materials Science. He completed his Ph.D. at Princeton University, and his undergraduate studies at Tsinghua University in China. His research primarily focuses on the interaction between light and matter, including the development and application of photonic and electronic devices.
