Dr. Fern Brunger

Biography

Fern Brunger is a Professor in Health Care Ethics at the Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland. He received his Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Winnipeg, followed by a Master of Arts and a Doctorate from McGill University. His academic work primarily focuses on population health and applied health sciences, exploring the ethical dimensions of health care practices and policies.
