Francis Fortin (Ph.D. in Criminology) is a professor at the School of Criminology at the Université de Montréal and a researcher at the International Centre for Comparative Criminology (CICC). His research focuses on cybercrime, intelligence gathering, data mining, and forensic analysis. Previously, he worked with the Sûreté du Québec as a criminal intelligence analyst and team leader in cyber-surveillance.
