Francis O’Sullivan is the Director of Research Analysis at the MIT Energy Initiative and a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to joining MIT, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in areas such as economic and investment risk analysis, strategic planning, and operations in the private equity, oil and gas, electric utility, and renewable energy sectors. He holds a degree from the National University of Ireland and has earned EE, SM, and PhD degrees from MIT in electrical engineering.
