Dr. Franco Basso

Biography

Franco Basso is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Classics at the University of Cambridge. His research focuses on Greek and Roman historiography, particularly works by Plutarch, Lucian, and Procopius. He teaches courses in Greek History, as well as Greek and Latin languages and literature.
