Biography

François Béland is a professor in the Department of Health Administration at the School of Public Health of the University of Montreal. He has dedicated nearly 30 years to research in gerontology, conducting research projects in Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Collaborating with stakeholders in the health system, he focuses on the organization of services for frail elderly individuals, their utilization, associated costs, and health inequalities in the population.
