Biography

François Castonguay holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Resource Economics obtained in 2021 from the University of California, Davis. He also earned an M.Sc. in Economics from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2015 and a B.A. in Economics from Université Laval in 2013.
