Dr. Francois St Pierre

Biography

Francois St-Pierre is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine and in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University. His research interests center around understanding the neural mechanisms underlying behavior and cognition. He employs various methodologies in his work, integrating both experimental and computational approaches to address questions related to neuronal communication and signal processing in the brain. His contributions to the field have been reflected in numerous publications and active participation in academic conferences, enhancing the understanding of complex neural networks and their implications for engineering applications.
