Biography

After several years as a research professional, F. Vanhamme completed a doctorate at the Université Libre de Bruxelles on the determination of sentences by correctional courts (2005). Engaged in 2006 at the University of Ottawa, her research continues to invest in the field of penology, ranging from sentencing to all forms of penal and social sanctions.
