Dr. Frank Donahue

Biography

Frank Donahue is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan's Department of Chemical Engineering, having retired after twenty years of active teaching. He has continued his professional endeavors, which include consulting and teaching short courses in areas such as electrochemical engineering and battery and fuel cell technology. Before his retirement, he founded Minotaur Technologies, which enabled him to offer in-house courses for leading battery manufacturers across the country and serve as an expert witness in civil lawsuits related to corrosion and energy technology. In his retirement, Donahue has remained engaged in educational activities, including giving presentations to school children about the Anasazi culture and creating travel DVDs documenting his trips to Ireland and the American Southwest. He is also involved in the Ann Arbor Stamp Club, focusing on his interest in postage stamps, particularly from Vatican City.
