Frank Harmsen is an endowed professor of Digital Transformation at Maastricht University, specializing in Enterprise Architecture, Knowledge Management, and Change Management. He has a rich research background and has been involved in various significant consulting roles. He initially served as a professor of Knowledge Management for Globally Distributed Work until 2018. His career began as a PhD student in Business Informatics at the University of Twente, where he researched Situational Method Engineering. He has worked for prominent organizations such as Capgemini and EY Advisory, where he was a partner for several years. With a focus on enterprise transformation, governance, and project management, he has contributed significantly to academia and the corporate sector. Additionally, he is managing partner at the PNA Group and regularly lectures on the practical applications of digital transformation in everyday life.
