Biography

Frank Johansson is a Professor of Ecology and Genetics at Uppsala University, where he heads the Animal Ecology Program. His research primarily focuses on Conservation Biology, exploring the effects of the microbial agent Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti) on terrestrial ecosystems and the conservation ecology of urban ponds. Johansson also investigates the potential responses of ecosystems to climate change at the genotype community level.
