Biography

Fred Chong is the Seymour Goodman Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Chicago and serves as Chief Scientist for Quantum Software at ColdQuanta. He leads the Enabling Practical-scale Quantum Computing (EPiQC) project, an NSF Expedition Computing initiative aiming to bridge the gap between theory and practical applications of quantum computing.
