Fred Magaziner is a retired partner at Dechert and currently an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He was named a 'Life Sciences Star' by LMG Life Sciences in 2013 and 2014. In addition to his teaching role in 'Thinking Like a Litigator,' he has taught Trial Advocacy in various programs and authored the Pennsylvania Civil Trial Guide. After retiring from Dechert in 2014, Magaziner has continued to represent clients pro bono, focusing on civil liberties cases. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Law Institute.
