Biography

Graduate of McGill University (B.Arch. 1986), Frédéric Dubé earned the F. Dunlop travel scholarship in 1986. In 1990, he was the recipient of the Barcelona studio awarded by the Canada Council for the Arts to study the school construction program promoted by the Catalan government.
