Biography

Frédéric Moser is a developer at the Institute of Global Health at the University of Geneva. He has a bachelor's degree in Human Geography and a master's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Geneva. His master's thesis focused on statistical modeling of insect distribution using neural networks, self-organizing maps, and boosted tree algorithms. In 2014, he began teaching in the development of web applications, particularly for geospatial web platforms. Frédéric is currently the lead developer for the AccessMod application, which is a tool that models physical health care based on user-defined scenarios and data layers. He is also the lead developer for MapX, an online tool for publishing and analyzing geospatial data.
