Fred holds a BSc in Construction Engineering Management from Loughborough University, an MSc in Management from the University of Bath, and a PhD in Management from the University of Bath. Prior to joining Warwick Business School (WBS), he gained professional experience in the construction sector as an energy analyst in London. His research addresses the ethical implications of the Anthropocene for business managers. He serves as an Associate Editor for the journal Business & Society and sits on the editorial review board of Organization & Environment. Fred is a Senior Research Fellow at the Earth System Governance network and is a member of the ESG Taskforces on Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on Private Governance Partnerships for SDGs and Governance of Nature and Biodiversity.
