Biography

Gabriele Buchholtz is a professor at the University of Hamburg in the Faculty of Law, specializing in Social Security Law with a focus on migration. She earned her doctorate with a dissertation on the harmonization potential of European fundamental rights concerning the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
