Biography

Gail Berger was a Clinical Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she held significant roles such as the Deputy Director of the Center for Executive Women. Her academic journey began as an adjunct professor in the School of Education and Social Policy, transitioning to Kellogg in 2003. She specialized in teaching courses that spanned communication, conflict resolution, negotiations, and leadership across various sectors, including nonprofits and family businesses. Gail was particularly passionate about women's leadership, having been a key architect of initiatives such as the Kellogg Global Women's Summit and the Women's Senior Leadership Program.
