Dr. Galina Tsvetkova

Biography

Galina V. Tsvetkova is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nuclear Engineering at Texas A&M University. She holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, which she obtained in 2003. Prior to that, she received her M.S. in Molecular Physics with a focus on Kinetic Phenomena from the Moscow State Engineering Physics Institute in 1995. Her academic and research career is marked by a dedicated focus on various aspects of nuclear engineering, particularly in areas such as reactor physics and small nuclear power applications. Tsvetkova's expertise extends to nuclear data management systems and isotope separations, where she applies principles of molecular dynamics and separation phenomena. Her work contributes significantly to advancements in nuclear energy solutions.
